If you have previously set up a myGVMH Health Portal account but are having issues logging in, try using the "Forgot Logon ID?" link above to reset your Logon ID and Password. Use the "Forgot Password?" link to reset only your password.
You'll receive an email with a link to create a new Logon ID and Password if you selected the "Forgot Logon ID?" link; otherwise the link in the email will be to create a new Password.
